Gary Neville takes control over Valencia

The previous Manchester United and England full-back's first diversion in control will be the Champions League conflict with Lyon on December 9, as he steps in football manager.
In an announcement on the club's official site, Neville said: "I am totally excited to be given this open door with Valencia.
"Valencia are an enormous football club of gigantic standing and I know from my time as a player the enthusiasm and devotion of the Valencia fans.
"I am truly anticipating working with the club's skilled gathering of players and am amped up for the test ahead.
Valencia president Layhoon Chan included: "We are pleased to have secured Gary so rapidly. He joins top level instructing background through his part as a senior mentor with the England national group and a world-class playing profession with England and Manchester United.
"All through his vocation Gary has dependably indicated incredible authority both on and off the pitch. He is massively regarded in English football and it was his own qualities which convinced us that he was the right decision to lead Valencia until the end of the season."
Neville replaces Nuno Espirito Santo, who was sacked after the club's 1-0 thrashing to Sevilla on Sunday.
He has consolidated work as a TV intellectual with a guiding part for England under Roy Hogson since May 2012, yet will remain a piece of the Three Lions' private cabin staff.
The previous Manchester United and England defender's sibling, Phillip, who has been Valencia's aide supervisor since June, will assume responsibility of the Copa del Rey conflict with Barkaldo on Wednesday and their class meeting with Barcelona.
