Cancer Threat: Mother Kills Daughters

A 27 Year Old,Marta Galikowska stabbed her two young daughtewrs to death after mistakenly thinking that a Lump under the jaw of her eldest daughter to be a cancer.

Maja (Martas eldest daughter) was 5 years old.

Was it done out off illiteracy?

She didnt consult a Doctor and she wasnt a Doctor. She saw a lump on her daughter and also thought the younger one had it.
Her Husband Marcin, 28, came home to discover 3 dead bodies , His wife and two daughters.
 He was arrestted by the police and later was released without a charge.
 After some investigation, it was discovered that Marta had been prescribed antidepressants by a doctor after telling Marcin a week ago that she wanted to commit Suicide.
After some analysis it was revealed that the lump was actually a benign cyst and never a cancer.
WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE, it looked like planned attrocity. 
Oh MARTA'S SECOND DAUGHTER WAS a year and half.
